At SmartKeeper, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is
designed to be fair, clear, and efficient while maintaining product quality standards.
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns must be authorized in advance. Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any product. Returns received without an RMA may
be refused or delayed.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be in new, unused
condition, in original packaging, and complete with all included accessories and components.
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees may apply depending on the condition of the returned item:
0% – New, complete items returned within 30 days
10% – Damaged packaging
25% – Missing packaging, cables, or accessories
25% + shipping – Refused or unclaimed shipments
20% – Returns approved after 30 days (subject to approval)
Up to 50% – Items that are used, installed, or damaged, or may not be eligible for return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to ordering errors or
changes of mind. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. SmartKeeper is
not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, SmartKeeper will cover return
shipping costs after verification. No restocking fees will apply in these cases.
Refunds & Replacements
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business
days after inspection approval. Replacements may be processed once the return is received and
approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Custom or special-order products
• Items showing signs of use, installation, or modification (unless defective)
Policy Enforcement
SmartKeeper reserves the right to deny returns or apply restocking fees based on the
condition of returned items. Exceptions may be granted at management’s discretion.
